We help you reach more potential customers and increase your revenue by providing access to those who use assistive technologies to access the Internet.

In providing accessibility, you’ll also protect your business from possible litigation for non-accessible website claims.

We Utilize A Proven Process

An Accessibility Assessment is performed by our certified testers to uncover the current issues on the website, take a deep dive into the elements within the admin of your website, review the structure and design elements to ascertain the issues being faced in order to achieve accessibility.

During a Website Accessibility Audit, we use our auditing tools and manually perform a page-by-page audit on your website using the same assistive technologies those with disabilities use. We utilize the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards which are required for both ADA and Section 504/508.

Our team will utilize your Accessibility Testing Report to perform code remediations on your website to meet the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. We also can remediate documents and videos to meet the guidelines.

Accessibility Assurance Program takes the worry out of your accessibility compliance you worked so hard to achieve.  We keep tabs on all the changes of your website and make the needed accessibility adjustments or alter you for any needed adjustments if you’d rather do it yourself.

audiogram of a person with hearing loss

I get it.
I'm a disabled business owner.

In 2007, I suddenly lost hearing in my right ear from something called Sudden Nerve Hearing Loss. Not long after, hearing in my left ear started declining and I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease, which steadily gets worse over time, causes vertigo and tinnitus. Fun times. I have lost almost all hearing in both my ears and require a hearing aid and closed caption phone to communicate.

With the profound hearing loss, I started realizing the frustrations those with disabilities were experiencing when trying to access information on the Internet.  Even with the assistive technology of the hearing aids, I still cannot hear audio on videos on the web. So many people do not add captioning on their videos, which makes it impossible for me to watch and I do some pretty bad lip syncing.

ACHIEVING ACCESSIBILITY

Don’t be fooled, accessibility testing and remediation is not a quick band-aid with a plugin or an overlay on your website.

We’ve tested many overlays that have a button to click for accessibility. Although they look like they may be fixing the accessibility issue, we have found they just do not provide the needed accessibility to meet guidelines.
